Stress - the universal reaction to any change, internal or external, real or imagined.
Stress is harmful only when it is too strong, prolonged, or, conversely, if there is no stress at all for too long .
WHAT CONDITIONS THE STRENGTH AND DURATION OF STRESS?
The strength and length of stress. are rather determined by the value that you attribute to the event. For someone shopping is joy, for others - irritation, and there are some who just do not care. Moreover, the imaginary stressor (e.g., the anticipation of a kiss ) may cause the same (if not stronger!) response then the real event (the kiss).
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE YOUR STRESS CHRONIC?
